Matt Marden is a seasoned Client Executive with more than 25 years of experience across the construction, insurance claims, and risk management industries. Prior to joining the agency side, he spent 15 years with three national insurance carriers as both a personal and commercial lines property adjuster, giving him firsthand experience in claims handling, coverage interpretation, and real-world loss scenarios.
For the past five years, he has developed deep expertise in navigating complex project challenges, resolving claims, and implementing strategies that mitigate risk and protect client interests.
In his current role, he works closely with our CEO, managing client relationships and navigating insurance programs that support our clients' long-term goals. He always believes in the relationship management business first, using insurance as the toolbox to help find solutions, protect businesses, and strengthen partnerships.
Outside of work, he has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 17 years. Together, they spend their time supporting their children, Madelyn and Davis, in their school sports and activities. They also enjoy being outdoors—camping with friends and family—and staying involved in their local church and the Fayetteville community, which he has called home since the 7th grade.
