Paulla Groover is the Director of Operations at Harbin Insurance, where she oversees the Agency’s daily operations and ensures the team delivers efficient, consistent, and high‑quality service. She collaborates closely with the Executive Management Team, Department Managers, and the Sales Team to support both current and prospective clients while strengthening the Agency’s operational performance.
Since joining Harbin Insurance in 1983, Paulla has served in a variety of operational and client‑facing roles, gaining deep expertise in service delivery, team leadership, and process improvement. She continues to lead initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, elevate client experience, and support the growth and development of the Harbin Team.
Paulla holds her Property & Casualty license and has earned the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) and Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designations.
Paulla and her husband, Brian, have been married since 1984 and have one daughter, Brittney. Their family is actively involved at Retro Church in McDonough.
